ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a small founding team at an early-stage AI fintech company to build the core interface for private-market operations teams. You will shape the design system and human-in-the-loop experiences that help users understand, review, and act on AI-generated work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Develop and maintain design systems and UX patterns across the product.

- Build interfaces connecting users with AI agents and their data sources.

- Create workflows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent outputs, including exception handling.

- Conduct user research with operations stakeholders and use findings to refine product features.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- One to seven years of professional frontend engineering experience, with strong product intuition and UX craft.

- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.

- Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.

- A track record building workflow-driven interfaces with human review, exception handling, or approval steps.

- Practical experience with AI, machine learning, or LLM product features, and the ability to design clear, trustworthy user experiences.

- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.

- Private-markets or financial-operations experience is helpful, along with comfort working closely with a small team and iterating quickly.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: €70,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

LOCATION

On-site in Berlin, Germany.
