ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an AI developer tooling team as a hands-on Product Engineer building tools for people developing and evaluating AI agents. This role combines product engineering with community engagement, using feedback from developers to guide what gets built and sharing useful work with the broader AI engineering community.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build and ship features for agent evaluation, trace replay, cohort analysis, and developer experience.

- Share technical work, demos, and insights on social platforms and GitHub, and engage with the AI engineering community.

- Turn feedback from developers, customer demos, and community discussions into product improvements.

- Contribute across engineering, technical marketing, and customer-facing work as team priorities shift.

- Stay close to agent builders and evaluation practitioners working with frameworks and custom runtimes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- At least 3 years of experience building or shipping production software, including experience building or evaluating agents in production.

- Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Claude Code, or equivalent tools.

- Experience with LLM or agent evaluation systems, execution traces, observability, and debugging.

- A track record of open-source contributions with demonstrated use by other developers.

- Experience building developer tools, SDKs, APIs, CLI tools, or libraries, with attention to documentation, ergonomics, and demos.

- Evidence of technical community participation and experience combining engineering with go-to-market or customer-facing work.

- Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-changing environment and taking on varied responsibilities.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual salary range: $125,000 to $190,000 USD.

LOCATION

Remote, with Munich, Bavaria, Germany as the primary location.
