ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the foundation team at a Series B education technology company, helping build the mobile app, AI and agent infrastructure, developer experience, and backend services. Your work will support product teams and contribute to tools used by learners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own core areas of the Flutter app, including shared components, design systems, state management, performance, and tooling.

- Build and improve AI infrastructure such as MCP servers, background agent platforms, evaluation systems, and feedback loops.

- Improve developer experience through CI/CD, release tooling, and faster feedback between writing code and seeing it in production.

- Ship user-facing features alongside platform work.

- Keep shared systems reliable so engineering teams can build on them confidently.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Two to four years of production experience building mobile or web applications. Flutter and Dart experience is welcome but not required.

- Professional backend engineering experience and familiarity with building and operating production software.

- Daily, fluent use of agentic coding tools, with a thoughtful perspective on their strengths and limitations.

- A strong academic background and solid engineering fundamentals.

- Experience in a startup, early-stage company, or founding-engineer environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.

- Good design judgment, clear English communication, and an interest in improving systems that help other engineers work effectively.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
