Technical Chief of Staff

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a high-impact, founder-facing role at an early-stage AI productivity startup, working directly alongside the founding team across product, go-to-market, and operations. You will act as a force multiplier for the founders, bridging technical judgment with cross-functional execution at a critical moment in the company's growth. It is an excellent launchpad for anyone with ambitions to found their own company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Partner directly with the founders on strategic and operational priorities across product, GTM, and day-to-day company execution.

- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to keep teams aligned and accelerate delivery.

- Translate high-level strategic goals into concrete plans with clear owners and tight deadlines.

- Support founder decision-making by supplying technical context and project-level insights.

- Drive high-impact projects end-to-end, identifying and prioritizing what moves the company forward fastest.

- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt fluidly as priorities shift.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong technical background and solid CS fundamentals, through formal training or equivalent hands-on experience.

- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into concrete plans and deliver cross-functional initiatives under tight deadlines.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working directly with founders and small teams.

- High stress tolerance and comfort with non-standard startup hours and shifting priorities.

- Early-career profile, recently graduated or about to graduate, with a preference for equity-weighted compensation.

- Bonus: genuine interest in branding, design, or social media channels.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary in the range of $55,000 to $80,000 USD annually, plus meaningful early-stage equity options (QESO, 0.15% to 0.50%). Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

LOCATION

On-site, full-time in Stockholm, Sweden. This is not a remote role; regular in-person presence is required.
