ABOUT THE ROLE

Serve as the customer-facing technical lead for partnerships at a robotics and physical AI company. You will connect robotics foundation model capabilities with partner engineering needs, helping turn technical conversations into deployments and commercial agreements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Develop a deep understanding of robotics foundation models and their deployment stack, and explain them clearly to partner engineers.

- Lead technical discussions from initial meetings through pilot scoping and contract negotiations.

- Bridge research and engineering teams across Asia with partner organizations in the United States.

- Work with US leadership to scope pilots and negotiate partnership terms.

- Travel occasionally to partner sites.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Three to ten years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, such as solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, technical consulting, technical product, or technical partnerships.

- Strong computer science, electrical engineering, robotics, or equivalent hands-on engineering experience, with the ability to engage deeply with ML and robotics engineers.

- Experience owning commercial conversations and negotiating pilot or partnership terms with large enterprises.

- Background in deep tech, robotics, AI infrastructure, or enterprise software, and genuine interest in physical AI and robotics.

- Korean or Japanese language skills are a plus.

- Must be authorized to work in the United States or have an H-1B visa that can be transferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Market-rate compensation based on experience and seniority, plus early-stage equity. A specific salary range has not been set. The company can support H-1B transfers, but does not offer new visa sponsorship.

LOCATION

Hybrid in San Francisco, California, with approximately three days per week in the office and occasional travel to partner sites.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
