Deine Aufgaben

In Nordrhein-Westfalen betreiben wir den neuen StadtBus Coesfeld und bauen den Betrieb in Essen auf. Als Operations Manager bist du erster Ansprechpartner und fachlicher Vorgesetzter für unsere Fahrer an beiden Standorten. Du steuerst das Tagesgeschäft und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb. Hierzu gehört insbesondere:

  • Sicherstellung der Besetzung aller Schichten in Coesfeld und Essen
  • Führung, Einstellung und Schulung der 25 Fahrer
  • Management von 12 Fahrzeugen (Schäden, Sauberkeit, gesetzliche Prüfungen)
  • Abstimmung mit unseren Auftraggebern vor Ort
  • Administrative Aufgaben wie Dienstplanung, Abwesenheiten und Dokumentation
  • Regelmäßige Präsenz an beiden Standorten

Arbeitszeiten und Erreichbarkeit – bitte beachten

Unsere Verkehre fahren zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten:

  • Coesfeld: Sonntag bis Donnerstag 06:00 bis 22:00 Uhr, Freitag und Samstag 06:00 bis 24:00 Uhr
  • Essen: reiner Abend- und Nachtverkehr, Sonntag bis Donnerstag 21:00 bis 02:00 Uhr, Freitag, Samstag und vor Feiertagen 21:00 bis 06:00 Uhr

Das ist kein Nine-to-Five-Job. Du arbeitest nicht dauerhaft nachts, bist aber nach Plan in Rufbereitschaft – auch nachts und am Wochenende. Bei kritischen Vorfällen (z. B. Unfall, Personenschaden, Ausfall mehrerer Fahrzeuge) bist du erreichbar und kümmerst dich sofort darum. Außerdem bist du regelmäßig selbst in Abend- und Nachtschichten vor Ort, vor allem in der Startphase.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung und praktische Erfahrung aus ÖPNV, Taxi/Mietwagen, Autovermietung, Logistik oder ähnlichen Bereichen
  • 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Planungs- und Organisationstalent, auch in zeitkritischen Situationen
  • Du führst Menschen gern, trittst sympathisch und verbindlich auf und handelst im operativen Alltag klar und konsequent
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Smartphone, Tablet, Office- und Google-Anwendungen, offen für digitale und KI-gestützte Arbeitsweisen
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu Rufbereitschaft und Einsätzen am Abend, in der Nacht und am Wochenende
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Bereitschaft, einen P-Schein zu erwerben
  • Wohnort im Raum Münsterland/Ruhrgebiet, sodass du beide Standorte gut erreichst
