Nuestra historia se remonta a 1981, cuando Ricardo Leal, un joven emprendedor de Jerez de los Caballeros (Extremadura) decide poner en marcha un modelo de negocio que revolucionaría la economía de la provincia. Acababa de nacer Cristian Lay, la primera empresa española de venta directa por catálogo.

Fue precisamente el espíritu de mejora continua y el deseo de superación lo que llevó a Ricardo Leal a seguir adquiriendo nuevas empresas de diferentes sectores industriales.

Como consecuencia de esta expansión, en 2014 se constituye CL Grupo Industrial. Un holding 100% español que, lejos de detener su crecimiento, sigue expandiéndose de manera imparable hasta consolidar el Grupo que somos actualmente: nuestras empresas están distribuidas por todo el territorio nacional con una plantilla de casi 3000 colaboradores.

Descripción de puesto:

Construir y mantener la plataforma de Inteligencia Artificial de CL Grupo Industrial: los componentes, conectores y servicios comunes sobre los que se desarrollan los agentes y soluciones de IA del grupo. El puesto materializa en código la arquitectura de referencia y el catálogo homologado definidos por el Responsable de Gobierno y Arquitectura de IA (estándar y marco de servidores MCP, pipelines RAG, gateway de modelos, trazabilidad y evaluación automatizada), de forma que los controles de seguridad, cumplimiento y calidad queden embebidos en la propia plataforma y no dependan de la disciplina de cada proyecto. Actúa como máximo referente técnico del área: contribuye a fijar la dirección técnica de los desarrollos de IA, valida que los componentes construidos por otros equipos (como los servidores MCP propios de cada ERP) cumplen el estándar y presta soporte de segundo nivel a los desarrolladores de agentes, sin asumir la construcción de agentes de negocio. Traduce los requisitos de gobierno (EU AI Act, RGPD, ISO 42001) en controles técnicos verificables, equilibrando la velocidad de entrega que demandan los equipos con la robustez que exige una plataforma corporativa.
