Nuestra historia se remonta a 1981, cuando Ricardo Leal, un joven emprendedor de Jerez de los Caballeros (Extremadura) decide poner en marcha un modelo de negocio que revolucionaría la economía de la provincia. Acababa de nacer Cristian Lay, la primera empresa española de venta directa por catálogo.

Fue precisamente el espíritu de mejora continua y el deseo de superación lo que llevó a Ricardo Leal a seguir adquiriendo nuevas empresas de diferentes sectores industriales.

Como consecuencia de esta expansión, en 2014 se constituye CL Grupo Industrial. Un holding 100% español que, lejos de detener su crecimiento, sigue expandiéndose de manera imparable hasta consolidar el Grupo que somos actualmente: nuestras empresas están distribuidas por todo el territorio nacional con una plantilla de casi 3000 colaboradores.

Descripción de puesto:

  • Visitar a clientes para presentar y promocionar la cartera de producto de la empresa.
  • Gestionar y atender las llamadas entrantes de los clientes.
  • Responder a las consultas planteadas por los clientes acerca de los productos que ofrece la empresa.
  • Mantener el contacto con el cliente, para asegurar potenciales ventas.
  • Coordinar y velar por que se cumplan los plazos de entrega, la calidad pactada y el servicio previsto.
  • Atender y llevar a cabo el seguimiento de las consultas, reclamaciones y reparaciones que planteen los clientes.
  • Conocer el producto o servicio a ofrecer
  • Conocer a los clientes y sus necesidades.
  • Atender y asesorar al cliente
  • Conocer las técnicas de comunicación que se llevan a cabo en la empresa.
  • Negociar contratos de venta.
  • Cerrar la venta y hacer seguimiento del pedido.
  • Asegurar la ejecución de rutinas integradas y tareas de acuerdo con las normas ambientales, de calidad, de higiene y seguridad en el trabajo y energéticas, así como contribuir a la eficacia del sistema de gestión y a la mejora del desempeño.
  • Conocer la Política Integrada de Calidad.
  • Conocer los objetivos relevantes del sistema de gestión.
  • Conocer e identificar aspectos ambientales significativos y sus impactos asociados a su zona de actividad.
  • Garantizar la segregación de los residuos producidos en su zona.
  • Conocer e identificar los peligros y riesgos en materia de SST y las medidas y acciones preventivas definidas para su zona de actividad.
