Nuestra historia se remonta a 1981, cuando Ricardo Leal, un joven emprendedor de Jerez de los Caballeros (Extremadura) decide poner en marcha un modelo de negocio que revolucionaría la economía de la provincia. Acababa de nacer Cristian Lay, la primera empresa española de venta directa por catálogo.

Fue precisamente el espíritu de mejora continua y el deseo de superación lo que llevó a Ricardo Leal a seguir adquiriendo nuevas empresas de diferentes sectores industriales.

Como consecuencia de esta expansión, en 2014 se constituye CL Grupo Industrial. Un holding 100% español que, lejos de detener su crecimiento, sigue expandiéndose de manera imparable hasta consolidar el Grupo que somos actualmente: nuestras empresas están distribuidas por todo el territorio nacional con una plantilla de casi 3000 colaboradores.

Descripción de puesto:

Funciones habituales:

  • Crear y desarrollar presupuestos y ofertas de operaciones y assembly para los clientes, con la aprobación de todos los implicados (RRHH, Legal, Operaciones, H&S, etc.), teniendo en cuenta las exigencias del cliente y la legislación vigente del país correspondiente.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de las ofertas y los presupuestos, así como comprobar su entrega al cliente por parte del equipo comercial.
  • Recopilar la documentación necesaria de cada área implicada (costes por departamento, recursos necesarios, etc.) para la elaboración de las ofertas.
  • Planificar el cronograma de elaboración de ofertas, así como priorizar la solicitud de la información necesaria a las distintas áreas implicadas.
  • Reportar al Responsable del departamento sobre el estado de las ofertas, contratiempos acaecidos y decisiones tomadas.
  • Introducir y actualizar la información relativa a las ofertas en el CRM correspondiente (SAP, etc.).
  • Clasificar y archivar la documentación de las ofertas en las bases de datos indicadas para ello (Intranet, etc.).
  • Optimizar recursos en sus labores de producción (materiales a utilizar, horas, etc.)
  • Mantener limpio y ordenado el entorno y lugar de trabajo.
  • Utilizar y mantener en buen estado, las herramientas manuales y mecánicas requeridas para el desarrollo de los trabajos asignados.
  • Proponer acciones de mejora.
  • Velar por la actualización y la fiabilidad de las bases de datos del departamento.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos en aquellas acciones que así lo requieren.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de protección de datos y acceso a la información.
  • Velar por la seguridad y salud en su puesto de trabajo, de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos y la normativa vigente en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales. 
  • Cualquier otra función inherente al puesto de trabajo o grupo profesional al que pertenece, que le sea atribuida.

Funciones periódicas:

  • Reportar la información de su ámbito que le sea requerida.
  • Sustituir a otros puestos de la organización, en su ausencia (vacaciones, bajas, etc.).
  • Participar en las reuniones del departamento o área, así como en las reuniones interdepartamentales.
