Hospice Registered Nurse Position: Are you a Registered Nurse who believes in the power of comfort, dignity, and a personalized approach to end-of-life care? Concordia Hospice Of Washington is seeking a dedicated and personable Hospice RN to join our team and provide compassionate care to patients and families during this significant time in their lives.   What you’ll do as a Hospice Registered Nurse:

As a Hospice RN, a crucial role is delivering personalized care that focuses on comfort and quality of life. Responsibilities include: Assessing and managing patient needs: Continuously assess the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients, developing individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team. Providing expert symptom management: Administer medications and treatments, focusing on pain management and symptom control to improve the patient's quality of life. Educating and supporting families: Be a trusted resource for families, providing education about the disease process, care options, and end-of-life decisions, while offering emotional support.

Who you are as a Hospice Registered Nurse:

Adaptability, compassion, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A  minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably with experience in palliative care, hospice, or oncology.
