As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in nurturing both clinical quality and team wellbeing. Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a LPN Clinical Supervisor for a full-time position which will report into our Administrative office in Cabot, PA.   Who you are as a LPN Clinical Supervisor:

Licensed in PA as a License Practical Nurse +1 years of post-licensure experience (supervisory experience recommended) Warm, approachable, and communicative — people come to you for guidance Skilled in managing clinical standards while supporting individual growth Passionate about empowering others and improving client outcomes

What you’ll do as a LPN Clinical Supervisor:

Supervise and support a team of clinicians (e.g., therapists, nurses, case managers) Provide regular clinical supervision and case consultations Ensure clinical documentation and services meet quality standards and compliance Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff Help create a healthy, team-centered work environment where people can thrive
