Assist residents with all activities of daily living Answer resident call bells promptly Complete basic treatments as instructed Document resident care accurately Work closely with teammates to provide excellent resident care

What We’re Looking For in a Residential Aide:

High school diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years old Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented Strong communication skills Positive attitude and passion for helping seniors We have a Full-time and Part-Time position When we reach out, we can discuss available shift options
