Responsabilidades:

  • Organização dos fluxos de trabalho;
  • Acompanhar a programação de chegada de DTA e Agendamento.
  • Atualizar quadro de gestão a vista.
  • Confirmar a integridade da RFB no WMS.
  • Analisar a conferencia de materiais com documentação.
  • Atualizar o controle no sistema interno.
  • Apontar divergências e avarias no recebimento do WMS e no sistema interno.
  • Fazer o input de fotos “Recebimento, Carregamento e Expedição” no sistema interno.
  • Disponibilizar etiquetas para conclusão de recebimento e endereçamento aos conferentes.
  • Registrar as atividades no relatório de recebimento;
  • Analisar os pedidos, concluir e reservar
  • Confirmar carregamento e concluir a expedição dos romaneios.
  • Auxiliar os conferentes com informações, quando necessário.
  • Auxilia os Operadores GATE com informações quando necessário.
  • Trabalhar seguindo as normas e procedimentos técnicos e de qualidade - Registrar as atividades realizadas no controle de produção
  • Acompanhar a conferencia de entreposto e canal

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior Completo;
  • Trabalho em equipe;
  • Solução de problemas e pensamento crítico;
  • Análise e visualização de dados;
  • Pacote Office
