PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES, RESPONSABILIDADES:

- Receber e analisar a documentação instrutiva de Importação e Exportação; - Fazer consultas nos sites (Siscomex, Secretaria Estadual da Fazenda etc.); - Consultar os sistemas (WMS, Portal do Cliente) e atualizar com informações pertinentes aos processos; - Receber a documentação para cadastro e liberação das mercadorias (Declaração de Importação, Comprovante de Importação e demais documentos) para nacionalização da mercadoria; - Receber a documentação de Exportação para recepcionar no Portal Único, gerar a presença de carga/e iniciar o desembaraço; - Acompanhar os Trânsitos Aduaneiros e fazer a conclusão no Siscomex Trânsito; - Gerar presença de carga de DTA; - Fazer a entrega de carga no Siscomex Carga; - Acompanhar e auxiliar os Fiscais da RFB, quando da Integridade de Trânsito Aduaneiro; - Acompanhar Fiscais de Órgãos Anuentes/ Intervenientes sempre que demandado em vistorias e conferências; - Acompanhar Fiscais da RFB em conferências aduaneiras, gerando relatórios para RVF (Relatórios de Verificação Física); - Fazer a correta guarda/arquivamento (seja físico ou virtual) de documentos recebidos de Órgãos Anuentes/ Intervenientes; -Fazer a correta guarda/arquivamento (seja físico ou virtual) de documentos recebidos de Transportadoras/Importadores e Exportadores; - Dar suporte ao Analistas da área quando solicitado; - Executar outras atividades, caso haja necessidade imperiosa, com o mesmo grau de complexidade, de acordo com solicitações do Gestor da área, desde que tenham comprovados os treinamentos obrigatórios das NRs e os exames médicos realizados do cargo em questão estejam contempladas no GHE constante no “Local de Trabalho” desta descrição; - Cumprir com os procedimentos e instruções relativas à sua função, bem como as normas e procedimentos gerais da empresa.

Competências técnicas e comportamentais: Experiência em Comércio Exterior. Experiência em logística. Iniciativa, Atenção, Dinamismo, Flexibilidade, Trabalho em equipe, Agilidade. Atendimento ao cliente. Boa comunicação Conhecimento no sistema Omie será diferencial
