The posting

⛵ About our Crew

Click&Boat is a rental platform product of Boats Group, the fastest-growing digital business in the recreational boating space. We are a talented team of techies, creatives, marketers, closers and customer advocates who spend each day pushing the boundaries of technology to make buying, selling & renting boats easy. We spend each day surrounded by 500,000 boats from across the globe!

Click&Boat is the European leader in boat rentals. Our marketplace makes boating accessible around the world, from a day trip to a week-long adventure, while enabling private and professional boat owners to generate additional income through rentals.

To support this growth, we are hiring International Business Crew members to join a dynamic team in our Barcelona office and continue building a world-class, creative organization by finding the best talent for our incredible culture.

🚤 The role

Business student or fresh graduate with an international mindset? We're looking for a Junior International Business Associate to join our Sales and Supply crews in Barcelona.

You will work with international clients and partners, whether you are advising renters through their boat search and booking (Sales, a business unit of around 40 people) or guiding boat owners onto our platform and helping them grow with us (Supply, a business unit of around 10 people, organized by markets). You will play a key part in delivering a high-quality experience, collaborating closely with all the operational teams.

Three ways to come aboard. Pick the one that fits you best:

  • Supply: deals with boat owners and make sure the boats available on our platform generate revenues with the highest quality of service.
  • Sales: deals with tenants and supports them all along a booking process, from quotations to closing the deal.
  • Customer Care: represents the point of contact for our customers after a booking is closed by the Sales team (before, during and after the trip), and makes the link between boat owners and tenants (booking modification or cancellation, insurance or accident issues, etc). If you're excited about marketplaces, digital business, international expansion and dynamic environments, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

🛟 What floats your boat

With the guidance of your manager, you will perform the following tasks, depending on the position and on the time of the year:

  • Understand your clients' needs and advise them on their boat search, finding the best deals by negotiating the best prices with Click&Boat boat owners (warm leads only, no cold calling in Sales);
  • Maximize conversion by applying sales strategies and accompanying customers throughout the sales process, until the booking is concluded;
  • Onboard new partners who register on Click&Boat, assisting them through the creation of their boat listings (ad, pictures, etc.) and showing them how the platform works;
  • Help partners maximize the potential of their accounts (updating ads, keeping calendars up to date, answering their questions) and increase their engagement with the platform;
  • Take part in business development missions such as market research, prospecting leads and participating actively in the weekly/monthly business unit presentations.

Good to know:

  • Sales positions work at least one Saturday per month during the summer season, following a planning given in advance (with a recuperation day off, to ensure 2 days off per week).
  • The US Market Development position follows adjusted working hours of 11am to 8pm to overlap with US time zones.

🧭 What you bring aboard

  • You are fluent in English.
  • You ideally have a first experience (internship, student or summer job) in a customer-facing role;
  • You are dynamic and at ease on the phone, you enjoy advising, and you have a commercial mindset with customer satisfaction as your main source of motivation;
  • You are a team player who inspires trust, ready to take initiative, proactive, and interested in start-up environments.

🌊 Bonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker)

  • The knowledge of another language from one of our markets is highly valued (French, Italian, Spanish, German, Greek, Croatian);
  • If you have a boating background and interest, it's even more perfect!

🗺 The hiring journey

  • Intro call with Talent Acquisition
  • Interview with your future manager

We aim to keep things smooth, transparent, and respectful of your time throughout the process.

What awaits you aboard

  • 🚀 A fast-growing international company with real impact;
  • 💻 Remote work policy: 1 day per week, depending on periods of the year and seniority;
  • 📖 Extensive internal training;
  • 🥪 Lunch vouchers (Cobee);
  • 🥐 Breakfast every Tuesday morning;
  • 🌊 A welcoming office in Barcelona, next to the centrally located Cathedral and just a 20-minute walk from the sea;
  • 🎉 Team-building activities.

Contract: Fijo-Discontinuo

Start date: Between January and May 2027, depending on the position (January 7th, January 11th, March 1st, mid-April or May).

Duration: 6 to 9 months (6 months, extendable, for the US Market Development position).

Salary: 1 823 euros gross per month

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
