Clickables is een data-gedreven online marketingorganisatie. We helpen bedrijven groeien door slimme marketing, automatisering en inzicht in data. Ons team bestaat uit marketeers, data specialisten en client managers die allemaal werken aan één doel: onze klanten beter laten presteren door technologie slimmer in te zetten.

Om onze interne processen en analyses nóg slimmer te maken, zoeken we een HBO-stagiair IT / AI / RPA / Data die energie krijgt van automatiseren, experimenteren en verbeteren. Je kunt bij ons ook afstuderen, mits je opdracht aansluit op bovenstaande thema’s.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt mee aan projecten die onze marketing- en klantprocessen automatiseren en verbeteren. Denk aan:

🔍 Data & Analyse

  • Koppelen van data uit systemen zoals HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta, BigQuery en Pipefy.
  • Bouwen van dashboards en rapportages in Looker Studio (Data Studio).
  • Automatiseren van terugkerende analyses en rapportages.

⚙️ Automatisering / RPA

  • Bouwen van slimme workflows met n8n, Make, Zapier of Pipefy automations.
  • Onderzoeken waar binnen Clickables processen geautomatiseerd kunnen worden.
  • Ontwikkelen van kleine scripts of tools (bijv. in Python, SQL of Google Apps Script).

🤖 AI & Innovatie

  • Experimenteren met AI-toepassingen (zoals ChatGPT of machine learning) om marketing en data slimmer te maken.
  • Bedenken en bouwen van AI-gedreven oplossingen voor monitoring of rapportage.
  • Testen van nieuwe tools (zoals Emergent of interne AI-assistenten) en adviseren hoe ze binnen het team kunnen worden gebruikt.

  • Hoe je marketingdata uit verschillende bronnen koppelt en analyseert.
  • Hoe je bedrijfsprocessen automatiseert met RPA- en AI-tools.
  • Hoe dashboards worden ingezet voor data-gedreven besluitvorming.
  • Hoe marketing, data en IT samenkomen binnen een moderne organisatie.

  1. Je volgt een HBO-opleiding in de richting van: ICT, Data Science, Business IT & Management, Artificial Intelligence, Software Development of Technische Bedrijfskunde (met datafocus).
  2. Je hebt basiskennis van data en automatisering, bijvoorbeeld via: Python, SQL, JavaScript, Google Apps Script of low-code tools zoals n8n (gewenst), Make, Zapier of Power Automate.
  3. Je bent analytisch, leergierig en vindt het leuk om processen slimmer te maken.
  4. Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar schakelt ook makkelijk met marketeers en managers.
