Vaga: Analista Técnico de Pré-Vendas Data Center | Manaus - Amazonas.

O Grupo Click IP está com uma nova oportunidade! Estamos em busca de um Analista de Pré-Vendas Técnico para atuar como o elo estratégico entre nossas equipes comerciais, técnicas e operacionais. O papel principal será apoiar a área comercial na concepção, dimensionamento e apresentação de soluções de infraestrutura e serviços gerenciados, garantindo a viabilidade técnica e a perfeita aderência às necessidades dos clientes.

Pré-Vendas e Arquitetura de Soluções:

  • Apoiar a equipe comercial na identificação de necessidades dos clientes e na definição das melhores soluções técnicas.
  • Elaborar arquiteturas de infraestrutura, redes e serviços gerenciados (ambientes on-premises, híbridos e serviços).
  • Participar ativamente de reuniões técnicas, levantamentos de requisitos e apresentações para clientes.
  • Elaborar propostas técnicas, documentos de escopo (SOW), diagramas de arquitetura, listas de materiais (BOM) e documentação técnica detalhada.

Projetos de Infraestrutura e Serviços Gerenciados:

  • Especificar soluções baseadas nos fabricantes HPE, Lenovo, Dell Technologies, Cisco, Fortinet e Aruba.
  • Dimensionar servidores, storages, switches, firewalls e soluções de conectividade.
  • Definir requisitos de alta disponibilidade, backup, monitoramento e continuidade de serviços.
  • Apoiar projetos de refresh tecnológico, expansão e modernização de Data Centers.
  • Elaborar escopos de serviços, definições de SLA e premissas operacionais.
  • Atuar em conjunto com Operações para garantir a viabilidade técnica e a definição de ferramentas de monitoramento, observabilidade e segurança.

Relacionamento com Fabricantes e Parceiros:

  • Interagir com distribuidores e fabricantes para cotações e validações técnicas de arquiteturas.
  • Apoiar processos de registro de oportunidades e programas de incentivo de parceiros.
  • Participar de programas contínuos de capacitação e certificação.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

  • Formação: Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia (Elétrica/Computação), Ciência da Computação, Redes de Computadores ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência: De 3 a 5 anos em ambientes de Data Center (preferencialmente com histórico de operações 24x7).
  • Background: Experiência prévia em Provedores, Telecom ou Colocation é um grande diferencial.

Requisitos Técnicos por Fabricante:

  • HPE: Servidores ProLiant, Storages (Alletra, Nimble, MSA) e HPE iLO.
  • Lenovo: ThinkSystem e Lenovo XClarity.
  • Dell Technologies: Servidores PowerEdge, Storages (PowerStore, Unity XT, PowerVault) e OpenManage Enterprise.
  • Cisco: Switches (Catalyst, Nexus), Wireless, Routing & Switching, VPN e Conectividade.
  • Fortinet: FortiGate, SD-WAN, IPS, VPN, FortiManager e FortiAnalyzer.
  • Aruba: Switches Aruba CX, Wireless LAN, Aruba Central e ClearPass.

Conhecimentos Desejáveis:

  • Virtualização: VMware vSphere e Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Sistemas Operacionais: Windows Server e Linux.
  • Redes: TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, DNS, DHCP e VPN.
  • Monitoramento e Observabilidade: Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG e Datadog.
  • Segurança da Informação: Wazuh, SIEM, conceitos de SOC, EDR e XDR.
  • Metodologias e Boas Práticas: ITIL, Gestão de Projetos e documentação técnica.

Competências Comportamentais:

  • Perfil consultivo com foco na experiência do cliente.
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Domínio na condução de reuniões e apresentações técnicas.
  • Forte capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas.
  • Organização e facilidade para gerenciar múltiplas demandas.
  • Trabalho em equipe, visão estratégica e orientação a resultados.

Objetivo Principal da Função:

Atuar como referência técnica para a área comercial, garantindo soluções de infraestrutura, segurança e serviços gerenciados dimensionadas adequadamente, aderentes ao negócio e economicamente viáveis.
