Vaga: Executivo de Vendas Jr | Manaus/AM.

Buscamos um profissional dinâmico, motivado e focado em resultados para integrar nossa equipe comercial como Executivo de Vendas Jr. Você será responsável por prospectar novos clientes, identificar oportunidades de negócios e conduzir negociações do início ao fim, garantindo o crescimento da carteira e a satisfação dos parceiros.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

Realizar a prospecção ativa de novos clientes (outbound) e atender demandas recebidas (inbound).

Mapear o mercado e identificar oportunidades qualificadas de novos negócios.

Realizar reuniões de apresentação de soluções, mapeamento de dores e negociação.

Elaborar propostas comerciais alinhadas às necessidades do cliente e diretrizes da empresa.

Acompanhar o funil de vendas (pipeline) e manter o CRM atualizado com o histórico das interações.

Fazer o acompanhamento (follow-up) constante com os leads até o fechamento do contrato.

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Marketing, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência prévia na área comercial, atendimento ao cliente ou pré-vendas (SDR/BDR).

Conhecimento prático do pacote Office ou ferramentas Google Workspace.

Disponibilidade para viagens e flexibilidade de horários.

CNH categoria B (Estar habilitado há pelo menos 1 ano).

Conhecimentos e Habilidades:

Excelente capacidade de articulação verbal e escrita para apresentar ideias de forma clara e convincente.

Domínio básico de metodologias de vendas e contorno de objeções.

Habilidade para gerenciar múltiplas negociações simultaneamente e priorizar tarefas.

Capacidade de ouvir as reais necessidades do cliente para ofertar a solução adequada.

Orientação para alcance de resultados e facilidade para lidar com cenários desafiadores.

Familiaridade com a plataforma de gestão de vendas: RD Station CRM.
