Como Líder Comercial de Área, você será o responsável direto pelo sucesso comercial da i_mais na região do Pará, garantindo a excelência da execução diária, o desenvolvimento do mercado e o crescimento sustentável da nossa base de clientes.

Principais responsabilidades

Fazer a gestão diária dos Atendentes de Loja e Promotores;

Acompanhar presença, pontualidade, escalas e folgas;

Garantir cobertura adequada das operações;

Acompanhar produtividade individual e por cidade;

Verificar se os atendentes estão aproveitando o atendimento para gerar vendas;

Acompanhar ativamente os Promotores que atuam nas ruas, bairros e comunidades;

Acompanhar vendas, cadastros, ativações e cancelamentos;

Acompanhar a evolução da base de clientes de cada cidade;

Identificar rapidamente operações abaixo da expectativa;

Elaborar e executar planos de ação;

Desenvolver ações comerciais nos municípios;

Organizar eventos e ações locais;

Desenvolver relacionamento com comunidades e lideranças;

Prospectar e negociar parcerias comerciais;

Buscar oportunidades de marketing e publicidade que fortaleçam a presença da i_mais e contribuam para novas vendas;

Desenvolver relacionamento com comércio, empresas, instituições e parceiros locais;

Identificar bairros, comunidades e localidades com demanda ainda não atendida;

Levantar potencial comercial dessas áreas;

Apresentar oportunidades de expansão para avaliação da Gerência Regional e das áreas responsáveis;

Dar suporte administrativo à equipe sob sua gestão.

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

Residir no Estado do Pará;

Ter disponibilidade para permanecer e atuar nas cidades onde a empresa possui operação, conforme definição da Gerência Regional;

Ter disponibilidade obrigatória para viagens frequentes entre os municípios atendidos;

Possuir CNH categoria B válida;

Estar habilitado há pelo menos 1 ano;

Ter disponibilidade para deslocamentos terrestres e, quando a operação exigir, para a logística característica da região;

Possuir boa comunicação e capacidade de relacionamento;

Saber trabalhar em equipe e se relacionar com diferentes departamentos;

Ter capacidade de receber e aplicar feedback;

Demonstrar iniciativa e capacidade de solucionar problemas;

Ser orientado à execução e ao resultado.
