Account Manager Bouw | Regio Oost-Vlaanderen

Ben je commercieel sterk, voel je je thuis in de bouwsector en haal je energie uit het uitbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties? Voor een gevestigde speler binnen de distributie van bouwmaterialen zoeken we een Account Manager die het commerciële netwerk in Oost-Vlaanderen verder versterkt.

Jobomschrijving

In deze rol combineer je relatiebeheer met actieve business development. Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor een eigen klantenportefeuille en fungeert als sparringpartner voor professionele klanten binnen de bouwsector.

Je bent regelmatig op de baan en bezoekt aannemers, dakwerkers en andere vakprofessionals om hun projecten en noden te bespreken. Dankzij jouw marktkennis en commerciële flair weet je opportuniteiten tijdig te detecteren en om te zetten in concrete resultaten.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Het onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van bestaande klantenrelaties.
  • Het actief identificeren van nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten binnen jouw regio.
  • Het begeleiden van klanten van advies tot offerte en uiteindelijke samenwerking.
  • Het uitwerken en onderhandelen van offertes op maat van de klant.
  • Het opvolgen van lopende dossiers en bouwprojecten.
  • Het nauw samenwerken met interne collega's om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Het analyseren van marktontwikkelingen en inspelen op nieuwe trends en opportuniteiten.
  • Het realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen en bijdragen aan de verdere groei van de organisatie.

Je bent een gedreven commercieel talent dat zich comfortabel voelt in een technische omgeving en graag langdurige relaties opbouwt.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Relevante ervaring in een commerciële buitendienstfunctie.
  • Ervaring binnen de bouwsector of een sterke affiniteit met bouwmaterialen.
  • Een bestaand netwerk binnen de professionele bouwmarkt is een belangrijke troef.
  • Een klantgerichte en professionele aanpak.
  • Sterke communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Een ondernemende mentaliteit en een hands-on ingesteldheid.
  • Technisch inzicht en het vermogen om klanten oplossingsgericht te adviseren.
  • Doorzettingsvermogen, commerciële drive en een resultaatgerichte mindset.
  • Een rijbewijs B.
