Voor Ar-Co, gevestigd in Sint-Gillis, zijn we op zoek naar een JURIDISCH SCHADEBEHEERDER BOUW EN VERZEKERINGEN.Je komt terecht in een hecht en gespecialiseerd team dat complexe schadedossiers in de bouwsector behandelt, met focus op juridische en technische analyse en advies.

Jobomschrijving

Als JURIDISCH SCHADEBEHEERDER BOUW EN VERZEKERINGEN. sta je in voor het autonoom en kwalitatief beheren van schadedossiers van A tot Z.Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Analyseren en beoordelen van nieuwe schadedossiers
  • Verzamelen, structureren en kritisch evalueren van dossierinformatie
  • Juridisch doorlichten van contracten en afspraken tussen betrokken partijen
  • Afstemmen met interne experten om aansprakelijkheden en dekkingen correct in kaart te brengen
  • Coördineren van externe experten en opvolgen van hun analyses en conclusies
  • Beheren en prioriteren van inkomende communicatie
  • Proactief plannen en opvolgen van dossiergebonden acties en afspraken
  • Overleggen met externe partners zoals advocaten, experten en verzekeraars
  • Financiële opvolging van dossiers, inclusief verwerking van betalingen
  • Bewaken van de administratieve en juridische voortgang van dossiers

Wij zoeken een gedreven Juridisch Schadebeheerder Bouw & Verzekeringen met oog voor detail en een sterke sense of ownership.

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Rechten
  • Je hebt tussen de 5 en 10 jaar ervaring
  • Je leert snel, werkt zelfstandig en hanteert een gestructureerde aanpak
  • Ervaring binnen schadebeheer of verzekeringen is een sterke troef
  • Je kan complexe dossiers snel analyseren en helder samenvatten
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, met een goede kennis van het Frans als minimum
  • Je voelt je thuis in een KMO-omgeving en houdt van een hands-on, flexibele en collegiale manier van werken
