Manpower zoekt voor een innovatieve en sterk groeiende onderneming in Merelbeke een Commercieel Bediende Binnendienst. In deze veelzijdige rol combineer je klantgericht advies met technische ondersteuning en draag je dagelijks bij aan een uitstekende servicebeleving.

Jobomschrijving

Als Commercieel Bediende Binnendienst ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's. Je biedt zowel commerciële als technische ondersteuning en zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel en professioneel geholpen worden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten via telefoon, e-mail en andere communicatiekanalen.
  • Bieden van software- en technische ondersteuning, zowel vanop kantoor als sporadisch bij klanten ter plaatse.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen en vragen rond producten en toepassingen.
  • Opbouwen van een sterke klantenrelatie door een professionele en klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Samenwerken met installateurs en technische collega's om complexe vraagstukken op te lossen.
  • Registreren en documenteren van technische oplossingen en interventies.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen van processen, dienstverlening en klantbeleving.
  • Advies geven over technische oplossingen en commerciële opportuniteiten herkennen.

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste en leergierige professional die energie haalt uit klantencontact én technische uitdagingen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis van ICT en softwaretoepassingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële binnendienstfunctie, customer service of technische support.
  • Kennis van toegangscontrole, automatisatie of elektronische beveiliging is een sterke troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent klantgericht, nauwkeurig en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en digitale toepassingen.
