Onze klant is een gevestigde speler binnen de bouwsector met verschillende vestigingen verspreid over België. Dagelijks ondersteunen zij aannemers, installateurs en bouwbedrijven met een uitgebreid aanbod aan gespecialiseerde producten en technisch advies. Dankzij hun sterke servicegerichtheid, praktische aanpak en jarenlange expertise bouwen zij verder aan duurzame relaties met klanten en partners.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen als DISPATCHER NL/FR?

Als Dispatcher zorg je ervoor dat transporten, leveringen en interne logistieke processen vlot verlopen. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor verschillende afdelingen en houdt steeds het overzicht.

  • Je plant en coördineert dagelijkse transporten en leveringen.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met chauffeurs, magazijnmedewerkers, binnendienst en andere vestigingen.
  • Je volgt voorraden en beschikbaarheden van goederen op.
  • Je stemt interne transporten af en ondersteunt een efficiënte goederenstroom.
  • Je zoekt praktische oplossingen wanneer planningen moeten worden aangepast.
  • Je bewaakt prioriteiten en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken correct worden nageleefd.

Wat verwachten we van jou als DISPATCHER NL/FR?

Je haalt energie uit plannen, organiseren en samenwerken met verschillende contacten. Dankzij jouw communicatieve aanpak behoud je ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen dispatching, transportplanning of logistiek.
  • Je hebt een goede geografische kennis.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Frans.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en stelt gemakkelijk prioriteiten.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief waar nodig.
