Via onze werving- en selectiedivisie start je onmiddellijk met een vast contract bij onze klanten.Voor een innovatieve speler actief in de ontwikkeling en bouw van geavanceerde procesinstallaties voor de farmaceutische industrie zijn we op zoek naar een Installation & Commissioning Engineer.Ben jij technisch sterk, hou je van afwisseling én wil je de wereld zien? Jobomschrijving

In deze functie verdeel je je tijd ongeveer 50% in het hoofdkantoor in Wommelgem en 50% op locatie bij klanten wereldwijd.

Tijdens de voorbereidende fase werk je vanuit Wommelgem nauw samen met engineering, productie en projectmanagement. Je zorgt ervoor dat installaties technisch klaar zijn voor levering en ondersteunt bij testen en kwaliteitscontroles.

Van zodra een installatie wordt verscheept, trek jij naar de klant om de opbouw, indienststelling en opstart in goede banen te leiden. Je bent het technische aanspreekpunt ter plaatse en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning, kwaliteitseisen en veiligheidsvoorschriften verloopt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Installaties en productielijnen voorbereiden voor levering.
  • Meewerken aan testen en technische controles vóór verzending.
  • Technische documentatie, tekeningen en schema's analyseren.
  • Wereldwijd installaties mechanisch en elektrisch begeleiden.
  • Lokale techniekers, onderaannemers en klantenteams aansturen tijdens de opbouw.
  • Storingen analyseren en technische problemen oplossen.
  • Machines kalibreren, testen en succesvol opstarten.
  • Klanten ondersteunen tijdens acceptatie- en validatiefases.
  • Nauw samenwerken met engineering-, project- en serviceteams.
  • Technische rapportages en opleverdocumentatie opmaken.
  • Verbeterpunten signaleren en meedenken over toekomstige projecten.
  • Bachelor Elektromechanica, Automatisering, Mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen service, commissioning, onderhoud of installatie van industriële machines.
  • Je kan technische plannen, P&ID's, elektrische schema's en lay-outs lezen en interpreteren.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook vlot binnen internationale projectteams.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een klantgerichte rol.
  • Internationale verplaatsingen vormen voor jou een meerwaarde en geen obstakel.
  • Een goede kennis van het Engels is noodzakelijk.
