Voor een gerenommeerde keuringsorganisatie in Zwijnaarde zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een enthousiaste Planner die tijdelijk het team komt versterken. Een unieke kans om waardevolle ervaring op te doen binnen een professionele en maatschappelijk relevante organisatie.

Jobomschrijving

  • Als planner neem je de regie over een dynamische planning waarbij je continu rekening houdt met beschikbaarheden, regio's, prioriteiten en specifieke expertises van medewerkers.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat opdrachten correct worden ingepland en bewaakt het overzicht, zelfs wanneer de situatie onverwacht verandert.
  • Daarnaast ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor collega's die onderweg zijn en ondersteun je hen bij praktische planningsvragen.
  • Wanneer annuleringen, verschuivingen of dringende aanvragen opduiken, ga jij oplossingsgericht te werk en zoek je naar de meest efficiënte aanpak.
  • Je krijgt bovendien de kans om actief mee te denken over optimalisaties binnen de planning en mee te bouwen aan de verdere uitrol van innovatieve digitale tools.

Als Planner speel je een centrale rol binnen de dagelijkse werking van de organisatie. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent zorg je ervoor dat inspecteurs en medewerkers steeds op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats aanwezig zijn.Je dag bestaat onder andere uit:Deze functie is perfect voor een recent afgestudeerde bachelor die graag een eerste stap zet op de arbeidsmarkt.

  • Je behaalde een bachelor binnen Office Management, Logistiek Management, Supply Chain Management, Bedrijfsmanagement of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Of je hebt reeds ervaring als planner waarbij je openstaat voor een tijdelijke opdracht
  • Je hoeft niet over jaren ervaring te beschikken. Motivatie, leergierigheid en een sterke werkethiek vinden we minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en weet prioriteiten te stellen wanneer meerdere zaken tegelijkertijd aandacht vragen.
  • Je werkt graag samen, maar kan ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Je bent snel weg met nieuwe systemen en digitale toepassingen.
