Lees dan zeker verder!Voor een van onze klanten met vestiging in regio Gent zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Maintenance Engineer ter versterking van het huidige technische team.

Jobomschrijving

Als Maintenance Engineer rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Technical Manager en vorm je de schakel tussen de techniekers op de werkvloer en het management. Jouw takenpakket bestaat o.a. uit:

  • Opmaken van actieplannen en verbetervoorstellen inzake correctief en preventief onderhoud
  • Analyseren van storingen en uitwerken van oplossingen, met het oog op een lange termijn strategie
  • Begeleiden van verschillende technische projecten die bijdragen tot efficiëntie, verhoogde kwaliteit, en veiligheid
  • Bieden van technische ondersteuning bij investeringsprojecten
  • Verder uitrollen van automatisering op de plant, hierbij bouw je verder op reeds lopende projecten en krijg je ook de kans om geheel nieuwe projecten uit te werken
  • Technisch advies verlenen aan de aankoopafdeling
  • …

Ben je in het bezit van minimaal een Bachelor diploma Elektromechanica (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en kan je terugvallen op minstens 1 relevante werkervaring in Maintenance binnen een productieomgeving? Beschik je over een sterk technisch en analytisch inzicht en haal je daarnaast ook energie uit het coachen en motiveren van een team techniekers? Laat je je opmerken voor jouw zin voor initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid en wil je de werking van de productie mee op een hoger niveau tillen? Dan ben jij misschien wel de Maintenance Engineer die wij zoeken!
