Je start bij ons steeds met een contract onbepaalde duur vanaf dag één.Voor één van mijn klanten, een zeer stabiele en milieubewuste speler actief in de recyclage, ben ik actief op zoek naar een Maintenance Engineer preventief met sterke kennis van preventive maintenance en procesapparatuur. Aanwerving op basis van VAST CONTRACT.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheren, opvolgen en continu verbeteren van het preventief en predictief onderhoudsprogramma van productie-installaties.
  • Uitwerken van onderhoudsstrategieën voor zowel roterende als statische installaties binnen verschillende technische disciplines.
  • Organiseren en begeleiden van onderhoudsreviews samen met productie- en technische teams.
  • Optimaliseren en actualiseren van technische data en onderhoudsdocumentatie.
  • Analyseren van machinecondities op basis van sensordata en predictieve onderhoudstechnieken.
  • Opvolgen van conditiebewaking, trillingsanalyses, olie- en filtratiemanagement.
  • Samenwerken met onderhoudsteams om onderhoudsacties te evalueren en bij te sturen.
  • Fungeren als key-user van SAP PM of een vergelijkbaar onderhoudsbeheersysteem.
  • Ondersteunen en coachen van gebruikers om het onderhoudsmanagementsysteem optimaal te benutten.
  • Bijdragen aan verdere digitalisering en optimalisatie van onderhoudsprocessen.
  • Masterdiploma in Industriële Wetenschappen, Elektromechanica, Werktuigkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Eerste ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving is een plus.
  • Sterke interesse in reliability engineering, maintenance management en asset management.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en graag bezig met data-analyse en procesverbetering.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde werkwijze.
  • Vlot communicatief en in staat om samen te werken met diverse interne stakeholders.
  • Flexibel en oplossingsgericht ingesteld.
  • Leergierig en gemotiveerd om expertise op te bouwen binnen onderhoudsmethodologieën.
  • Proactieve houding met zin voor initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Ervaring met SAP PM of een ander CMMS-systeem vormt een meerwaarde.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid staan centraal in jouw werkzaamheden.
