Wij kijken samen met ambitieuze starters en ervaren professionals uit naar een nieuwe stap of wending in hun carrière. Het is ons doel om zoveel mogelijk opties aan te bieden op maat van de kandidaat. Je start bij ons steeds met een contract onbepaalde duur vanaf dag één.Voor een klant van mij, actief in de regio van Gent en een grote speler binnen de chemie/petrochemie, ben ik op zoek naar een maintenance technician in dagdienst. Aanwerving op basis van VAST CONTRACT.

Jobomschrijving

Als Maintenance Technician maak je deel uit van een team van 12 medewerkers waarmee je samen verantwoordelijk bent voor het machinepark. Je takenpakket:

  • Storingsherstel: Als technieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het snel en efficiënt oplossen van storingen aan installaties om productiestilstanden tot een minimum te beperken. Dit omvat het lokaliseren, beoordelen en oplossen van storingen, waarbij je zowel tijdelijke als meer uitgebreide herstellingen uitvoert. Je werkt nauw samen met het management om de beste aanpak te bepalen en zorgt ervoor dat alle interventies zorgvuldig worden gedocumenteerd in ons registratiesysteem, waardoor we een overzicht behouden en de traceerbaarheid van elke interventie kunnen waarborgen.
  • Preventief onderhoud: Naast het oplossen van acute problemen, voer je ook preventief onderhoud uit om potentiële technische problemen tijdig op te sporen en te verhelpen. Dit omvat het inspecteren, smeren, ontvetten, demonteren en vervangen van verschillende onderdelen van de installaties, inclusief pneumatische en hydraulische circuits, pompen, motoren, ventielen en elektrische componenten. Je documenteert al je bevindingen en acties grondig om een volledig overzicht te behouden van de status van onze installaties en om de efficiëntie van onze onderhoudsprocessen te verbeteren.
  • Installatie assistentie: Bij het installeren van nieuwe machines en apparatuur ben jij erbij om technische ondersteuning te bieden. Dit omvat het assisteren van externe teams bij de installatie, het geven van instructies over onze interne veiligheidsvoorschriften en het operationele aspect van de machines aan de externe installateurs. Na de installatie test je de nieuwe apparatuur en zorg je ervoor dat onze operators volledig getraind zijn in het gebruik ervan, waarbij je complexe technische informatie op een begrijpelijke manier overbrengt.
  • Technische ondersteuning: Als technisch expert ben je ook beschikbaar om assistentie te verlenen aan de lijnverantwoordelijke en operators om ervoor te zorgen dat onze machines optimaal worden gebruikt. Je helpt bij het afstellen van productiemachines, legt de werking ervan uit aan operators en werkt samen met hen aan het identificeren en implementeren van verbeteringen om de efficiëntie en kwaliteit van onze productieprocessen te verhogen.
  • Veiligheid en netheid: Ten slotte draag je bij aan een veilige en schone werkomgeving door te voldoen aan alle geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuregels. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkplekken netjes en ordelijk zijn, wat bijdraagt aan een veilige en productieve werkomgeving voor iedereen.
  • Je behaalde een technische opleiding (Elektromechanica, automatisatie, …) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je genoot bij voorkeur een eerste werkervaring binnen de (petro)chemie
  • Je hebt de nodige kennis van elektromechanica, pneumatica/ hydraulica, elektronica en elektrische sturingen (PLC)
  • Je hebt kennis van motoren, drives, elektrische kasten/sturingen, …
  • Je bent stressbestendig en houdt ervan om oplossingen te zoeken bij technische storingen
  • Je kan bij afwezigen of ziekte van collega’s bijspringen in 2-ploegen
  • Je kan je 1 week om de 2 maand 7/7 beschikbaar stellen voor een wachtdienst.
