Dan hebben wij een smakelijke uitdaging voor jou!Voor een moderne en internationale producent in de gevogelte-industrie regio Moeskroen zoeken we een Meewerkend Leidinggevend Slager die niet alleen weet hoe je vlees perfect verwerkt, maar ook hoe je mensen samenbrengt en inspireert.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen?Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij bent zowel vakman als teamcoach en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt.Jouw takenpakket:

  • Aansturen en motiveren van een multicultureel productietea
  • Ontwikkelen, optimaliseren en bewaken van recepturen
  • Rapporteren aan de productiemanager over de dagelijkse werking
  • Toezien op de naleving van HACCP-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Meewerken in het productieproces wanneer nodig
  • Zorgen voor een positieve sfeer en duidelijke communicatie op de werkvloer
  • Het aanspreekpunt zijn voor collega's tijdens de dagelijkse productie.

Wie zoeken wij?Jij bent iemand die kwaliteit belangrijk vindt, graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie krijgt van samenwerken.Jij brengt mee:- Ervaring als slager, bij voorkeur binnen de vlees- of gevogelteverwerking.- Leidinggevende ervaring of de motivatie om hierin te groeien.- Goede kennis van het Engels; Nederlands is een mooie bonus.- Inzicht in recepturen, productiemethoden en snijtechnieken.- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden binnen een diverse werkomgeving.- Een positieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling.- Je bent bereid om tot het einde van het jaar in Deinze te werken en daarna definitief in Moeskroen
