Jobomschrijving

Jouw rol als machine operatorAls machine operator ben jij de drijvende kracht achter efficiënt productieproces. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en nauwkeurigheid blijven de machines draaien als een goed geoliede motor.Wat je dagelijks doet:

  • Je start de machines op, stelt ze correct in en zorgt voor een veilige stilstand.
  • Je bewaakt het volledige productieproces en grijpt in zodra je een afwijking opmerkt.
  • Je voert nauwkeurige kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreert alle gegevens zorgvuldig.
  • Je houdt belangrijke parameters zoals temperatuur en druk scherp in de gaten.
  • Je lost kleine storingen zelfstandig op door eenvoudige reparaties of aanpassingen uit te voeren.

Wie we zoekenWe zoeken een operator die technisch inzicht koppelt aan verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een gezonde portie leergierigheid. Iemand die initiatief durft nemen en energie haalt uit een productieproces dat vlot en efficiënt draait, zit hier goed.Wat jij meebrengt

  • Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring als operator en voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een drieploegensysteem.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, zodat de communicatie op de werkvloer helder en efficiënt verloopt.
  • Je denkt mee aan oplossingen, neemt initiatief en blijft rustig wanneer er iets moet worden bijgestuurd.
  • Geen diploma? Helemaal geen probleem. Jouw motivatie, inzet en technische feeling zijn minstens even belangrijk voor ons.
