Dan hebben wij een uitdagende job voor jou!Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in aluminium en kunststof onderdelen voor de zonweringssector zoeken we een Machine Operator Profileren in een 2-ploegenstelsel.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen?Jij bent de spilfiguur in het productieproces van aluminium rolluiklamellen; • Je leert stap voor stap de profileermachines bedienen tijdens een uitgebreide interne opleiding.• Je volgt de productieplanning nauwkeurig op via het computersysteem.• Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste aluminium profielen worden aangevoerd volgens kleur, dikte en specificaties.• Met behulp van een rolbrug plaats je de profielen veilig op de machine.• Je start productielijnen op, stelt ze om en stopt ze wanneer nodig.• Je past machine-instellingen aan volgens het type profiel dat geproduceerd wordt.• Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en detecteert afwijkingen voordat ze een probleem worden.• Je registreert kwaliteitsmetingen correct op controlefiches.• Je zorgt ervoor dat afgewerkte lamellen netjes worden verzameld en afgevoerd naar de verpakkingsafdeling.• Je houdt jouw machines proper en verzorgd.• Kleine technische storingen? Die pak jij meteen aan.

Wie ben jij?Je hoeft geen superheld te zijn, maar onderstaande eigenschappen helpen je alvast op weg:? Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als machine operator.? Je voelt je thuis in een technische productieomgeving.? Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.? Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.? Je houdt van een praktische "aanpakken en doorgaan"-mentaliteit.? Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen.? Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
