Ben jij een orderpicker die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt? Dan hebben wij goed nieuws. Voor een sterk groeiend bedrijf in de vleesproductie zoeken we een gemotiveerde orderpicker voor de logistieke afdeling. Kwaliteitsvolle en stipte leveringen staan hier centraal. Vandaag werk je in Deinze, maar binnenkort verhuist het bedrijf naar Moeskroen. Daarom zoeken ze een orderpicker die wil meegroeien met hun verhaal. Als orderpicker kom je terecht in een team waar respect en trots geen holle woorden zijn, maar dagelijkse praktijk.

Jobomschrijving

Als orderpicker in de late ploeg zorg je ervoor dat alle bestellingen correct en tijdig vertrekken. Je bent een orderpicker die overzicht bewaart en vooruitdenkt. Je zet goederen klaar voor de etiketteerlijn, beheert de voorraad volgens FIFO- en FEFO-principes, labelt en verpakt uitgaande pallets en sorteert alles per klant, bestelling en transportpartner. Daarnaast help je als orderpicker indien nodig mee met het laden van vrachtwagens. Na 14u word je bovendien het aanspreekpunt op de vloer. Je ondersteunt de ploeg, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren zodat avond- en ochtendophalingen vlot verlopen.

  • Je hebt ervaring in een logistieke omgeving, bij voorkeur binnen voeding
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands
  • Je kunt mensen motiveren of wil leren om een team aan te sturen
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en bewaart het overzicht
  • Je denkt proactief mee en ziet problemen voor ze ontstaan
  • Kennis van ERP/WMS-systemen is een mooie meerwaarde in deze rol als orderpicker
  • Kennis van HACCP, koudeketen, FIFO/FEFO en CMR-documenten is een plus
