Voor onze klant, actief binnen de logistieke en supply chain sector, zijn wij op zoek naar een PAYROLL & BENEFITS OFFICER NL/FR/ENG

Onze klant ondersteunt internationale goederenstromen via logistieke dienstverlening in de havenregio. Vanuit een dynamische werkomgeving werken verschillende teams dagelijks samen om klanten een vlotte en efficiënte service te bieden. Binnen het HR-team krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan een modern verloningsbeleid en tegelijk een belangrijke rol op te nemen binnen payroll en personeelsadministratie.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen als PAYROLL & BENEFITS OFFICER NL/FR/ENG?

In deze afwisselende functie combineer je payroll met Compensation & Benefits. Je krijgt de ruimte om mee na te denken over verloning, voordelen en optimalisaties binnen HR.

  • Je verzorgt mee een correcte en tijdige loonverwerking voor arbeiders, bedienden en chauffeurs.
  • Je berekent en controleert vakantiegeld, eindejaarspremies en andere looncomponenten.
  • Je werkt mee aan het verlonings- en arbeidsvoorwaardenbeleid.
  • Je voert loonanalyses en marktvergelijkingen uit en vertaalt deze naar bruikbaar advies.
  • Je stelt HR-rapporteringen op rond onder andere loonkosten, afwezigheden en overuren.
  • Je beheert mee het wagenpark, leasewagens en fietsleasing.
  • Je bent aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond loon, voordelen en sociale wetgeving.

Wat verwachten we van jou als PAYROLL & BENEFITS OFFICER NL/FR/ENG?

Je haalt energie uit cijfers, werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterke interesse in payroll en verloning.

  • Je behaalde een bacheloropleiding of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen payroll en kan loonberekeningen zelfstandig uitvoeren.
  • Je hebt interesse in Compensation & Benefits en wil je hierin verder verdiepen.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en analyseert gegevens op een gestructureerde manier.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Engels en Frans.
  • Je werkt discreet, nauwkeurig en voelt je goed binnen een enthousiast team.
  • Kennis van Protime, Eblox of relevante paritaire comités is een plus.
