Dan kan dit de uitdaging zijn waarnaar je op zoek bent.

Jobomschrijving

  • Als planner neem je de regie over een dynamische planning waarbij je continu rekening houdt met beschikbaarheden, regio's, prioriteiten en specifieke expertises van medewerkers.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat opdrachten correct worden ingepland en bewaakt het overzicht, zelfs wanneer de situatie onverwacht verandert.
  • Daarnaast ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor collega's die onderweg zijn en ondersteun je hen bij praktische planningsvragen.
  • Wanneer annuleringen, verschuivingen of dringende aanvragen opduiken, ga jij oplossingsgericht te werk en zoek je naar de meest efficiënte aanpak.
  • Je krijgt bovendien de kans om actief mee te denken over optimalisaties binnen de planning en mee te bouwen aan de verdere uitrol van innovatieve digitale tools.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een professionele bachelor binnen Office Management, Logistiek, Supply Chain of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Heb je relevante ervaring opgebouwd binnen planning, dispatching of operationele coördinatie? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen.Ook ambitieuze schoolverlaters met een sterke administratieve en organisatorische affiniteit komen zeker in aanmerking. Verder herken je jezelf in onderstaande eigenschappen:
  • Je behoudt het overzicht en blijft rustig onder tijdsdruk.
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en neemt initiatief wanneer uitdagingen zich voordoen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je stelt moeiteloos prioriteiten en bewaakt deadlines.
  • Je bent servicegericht en bouwt graag sterke werkrelaties op.
