Jobomschrijving

Als Procesingenieur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren, optimaliseren en verbeteren van productieprocessen. Je combineert een sterke analytische aanpak met een hands-on aanwezigheid op de productievloer en werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je analyseert productieprocessen en brengt verliezen, stilstanden en afwijkingen in kaart.
  • Je onderzoekt procesdata en vertaalt deze analyses naar verbeteracties.
  • Je volgt jouw projecten op van A tot Z en bewaakt timing, resultaten en implementatie.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig in de productie om testen te begeleiden, machines af te stellen en procesparameters te optimaliseren.
  • Je ondersteunt de productieafdeling bij operationele uitdagingen.
  • Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen zoals R&D, Productie-ingenieurs, Technische Dienst en collega Procesingenieurs van andere sites.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Ingenieurswetenschappen.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in productieprocessen en continue verbetering.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet complexe processen snel te doorgronden.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht en kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende projecten en prioriteiten.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
