Manpower Technics & Engineering is marktleider en gespecialiseerd in technische vacatures en leidinggevende vacatures binnen de industrie, technische dienstverlening en bouwsector. Wij kijken samen met ambitieuze starters en ervaren professionals uit naar een nieuwe stap of wending in hun carrière. Het is ons doel om op een persoonlijke manier zoveel mogelijk opties aan te bieden op maat van de sollicitant. Je start via ons steeds met een contract onbepaalde duur vanaf dag één.Voor een familiaal maar high-end HVAC-bedrijf regio Gent ben ik actief op zoek naar een Service Technieker voor onderhoud en installatie bij hun klanten. Opstart op vast contract!

Jobomschrijving

Als Servicetechnieker HVAC maak je deel uit van een ervaren team en vertrek je van thuis met je bestelwagen richting klant. Klanten zijn zowel tertiaire gebouwen (scholen, ziekenhuizen, appartementen) als grote resdenties. Jezorgt ervoor dat verwarmings-, ventilatie- en koelinstallaties bij klanten betrouwbaar, veilig en efficiënt blijven functioneren.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan HVAC-systemen
  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen
  • Herstellen en vervangen van componenten zoals motoren, kleppen en regelorganen
  • Afstellen en controleren van installaties (temperaturen, drukken, debieten)
  • Controleren van de werking volgens veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Administratief verwerken van interventies en rapporteren aan de technische dienst
  • Adviseren van klanten over optimaal gebruik, energie-efficiëntie en verbeteringen

Je profiel:

  • Je hebt een diploma in klimatisatie, elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische richting, of je beschikt over relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 2 jaar ervaring in HVAC-onderhoud of depannage.
  • Je hebt kennis van verwarmings-, ventilatie- en koeltechniek en denkt graag mee over duurzame, energiezuinige oplossingen.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en zelfstandig ingesteld.
  • Attesten zoals G1, G2, of Cedicol zijn een mooie troef.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
