Onze klant ontwikkelt en bouwt innovatieve industriële reinigings- en hygiënesystemen voor uiteenlopende sectoren. Om hun klanten ook na installatie de beste service te bieden, zoeken ze een Service Technieker die graag zelfstandig werkt, technisch sterk is en voldoening haalt uit het oplossen van complexe storingen.

Jobomschrijving

Als Service Technieker ben je het technische aanspreekpunt voor klanten in België. Je maakt deel uit van een gespecialiseerd serviceteam van een vijftal collega's en kan steeds rekenen op ondersteuning van de technical support engineer en de planningsafdeling. Je werkt voornamelijk bij productiebedrijven binnen de voedings- en farmaceutische sector, waar je instaat voor het onderhoud, de opstart en de optimalisatie van industriële reinigingsinstallaties, hygiënische apparatuur en doseersystemen.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en combineert techniek, probleemoplossing en klantencontact:

  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit aan industriële installaties, zowel op elektrisch, mechanisch, pneumatisch als hydraulisch vlak.
  • Je spoort elektrische en elektromechanische storingen op, analyseert de oorzaak en zorgt voor een duurzame oplossing.
  • Je herstelt defecte componenten en installaties en voert de nodige technische controles uit.
  • Na de mechanische montage zorg jij voor de finale controle, afregeling en configuratie van nieuwe installaties.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de opstart van nieuwe machines en zorgt ervoor dat deze optimaal functioneren binnen de productieomgeving van de klant.
  • Je controleert en stelt onder andere pompen, motoren, sensoren, ventielen en frequentieregelaars nauwkeurig af.
  • Je leest elektrische schema's en technische documentatie om interventies efficiënt uit te voeren.
  • Samen met de projectingenieurs zorg je ervoor dat installaties perfect afgestemd worden op de overige productieapparatuur van de klant.
  • Je begeleidt gebruikers bij de ingebruikname van de installatie en geeft uitleg over de correcte werking, veiligheid en hygiënevoorschriften.
  • Je documenteert jouw interventies via servicerapporten en koppelt technische bevindingen en verbetermogelijkheden terug naar de engineering- en serviceafdeling.

Kortom: een uitdagende functie waarin je een cruciale rol speelt in het betrouwbaar functioneren van hoogwaardige industriële installaties bij toonaangevende klanten in de voeding en farma.

  • Bachelor Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit, HVAC of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Sterke basiskennis van elektriciteit en mechanica.
  • Ervaring in onderhoud en storingstechniek is een plus, maar geen vereiste.
  • Kennis van PLC's, frequentieregelaars, pompsystemen of industriële installaties is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je kan technische schema's en grondplannen lezen.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en gebeten door troubleshooting.
  • Klantgericht, communicatief en zelfstandig.
  • Bereid om binnen de BeNeLux te werken.
  • Rijbewijs B.
  • Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewust, kennis van VCA en HACCP is een plus.
