Jobomschrijving

Als teamlead financiële administratie krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij je zowel operationeel als strategisch het verschil maakt. Als teamlead financiële administratie zal je onder andere:

  • Dagelijks een team van 8 medewerkers aansturen en coachen.
  • Eindverantwoordelijkheid dragen voor een correcte, volledige en tijdige facturatie.
  • Werkplanningen opmaken en de workload efficiënt verdelen.
  • Facturatieprocessen analyseren en optimaliseren.
  • Interne controles opzetten om fouten en omzetverlies te voorkomen.
  • Proactief oplossingen uitwerken voor operationele uitdagingen.
  • Samenwerken met commerciële, operationele en IT-afdelingen.
  • Klanten ondersteunen bij facturatievragen in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Zelf actief meewerken aan facturatieactiviteiten wanneer nodig.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een teamlead financiële administratie die sterk is in people management én cijfers. De ideale persoon beschikt over:

  • Een masterdiploma en relevante leidinggevende ervaring.
  • Ervaring met facturatieprocessen en administratieve opvolging.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en coachend leiderschap.
  • Een analytische en pragmatische aanpak van problemen.
  • Een positieve en stressbestendige ingesteldheid.
  • Uitstekende kennis van Excel, inclusief macro's, draaitabellen en Power Query.
  • Een proactieve werkhouding en organisatorisch talent.
  • Een sterk gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid, betrouwbaarheid en flexibiliteit.
  • Bereidheid om sporadisch naar locaties in Nederland en Engeland te reizen.
