Jobomschrijving

Als Teamleader Administratie neem je de dagelijkse leiding over het administratieve team. Tegelijk blijf je als Teamleader Administratie zelf actief betrokken bij de operationele werking.

  • Je stuurt het administratieve team aan en begeleidt medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Je ondersteunt bij calculaties, wachturen, POD's en inkomende en uitgaande facturatie.
  • Je verwerkt deze administratieve taken ook zelf wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, timing en correcte uitvoering van alle administratieve processen.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor operationele vragen binnen het team.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en efficiëntere werkmethodes.
  • Bij afwezigheid van de afdelingsverantwoordelijke neem je een aantal coördinerende taken over.

  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet collega's te coachen en te motiveren.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt vlot prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je neemt initiatief, bent stressbestendig en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office en administratieve software.
