Als Teamlead Product Data neem je de dagelijkse leiding over ons operationele masterdatateam. Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat onze productdata correct, volledig en tijdig beschikbaar is voor alle processen

Jobomschrijving

  • Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan de Master Data Officers, organiseert de werkverdeling, bewaakt planning, capaciteit, prioriteiten en deadlines en ondersteunt medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte, volledige en tijdige verwerking van productdata, bewaakt SLA's en datakwaliteit en coördineert assortimentswijzigingen, productcreaties, prijsupdates en operationele data-activiteiten.
  • Je volgt data-issues op van melding tot oplossing, analyseert oorzaken van fouten en afwijkingen en zorgt ervoor dat datastandaarden, business rules en kwaliteitscontroles correct worden toegepast.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor Product Management en andere interne stakeholders, stemt opdrachten af, bewaakt de opvolging en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie over voortgang, knelpunten en beslissingen.
  • Je identificeert verbeterkansen in processen en datakwaliteit, ondersteunt optimalisatie- en automatiseringsinitiatieven, implementeert nieuwe werkwijzen en neemt deel aan projecten zoals migraties, overnames, audits en proceswijzigingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen, coördineren of coachen van een operationeel of administratief team.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met masterdata, productdata, datakwaliteit of procesbeheer.
  • Je begrijpt het belang van correcte, volledige en consistente data voor bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een plus.
  • Je bent een mensgerichte leidinggevende die medewerkers motiveert en resultaten behaalt.
  • Je bewaart het overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Je analyseert problemen logisch en zoekt duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert helder met operationele medewerkers, business stakeholders en technische teams.
  • Je combineert kwaliteitsbewustzijn met een pragmatische en hands-on aanpak.
  • Je vertaalt veranderingen naar duidelijke instructies en werkbare processen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, durft beslissingen te nemen en bent positief en constructief ingesteld.
  • Je haalt energie uit het begeleiden van mensen, het realiseren van verbeteringen en het behalen van gezamenlijke resultaten.
  • Je stimuleert samenwerking over teams en locaties heen en werkt waar nodig zelf operationeel mee.
  • Je wil actief bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van masterdatamanagement binnen Lecot.
