Manpower Brugge rekruteert een Technisch Operator Nacht voor een stabiele onderneming in de regio Groot-Brugge. Je komt terecht in een mensgerichte organisatie waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Als Technisch Operator Nacht ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van geautomatiseerde productielijnen. Je zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces vlot, veilig en efficiënt verloopt tijdens de nachtshift.

Jouw taken

  • Instellen, opstarten en ombouwen van moderne productielijnen en inpakmachines
  • Bedienen en opvolgen van geautomatiseerde installaties
  • Detecteren, analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen
  • Samenwerken met de technische dienst bij complexere interventies
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles volgens de vooropgestelde normen
  • Meehelpen aan een veilige, ordelijke en efficiënte productieomgeving
  • Flexibel inzetbaar zijn op verschillende werkposten

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een technische affiniteit of relevante ervaring als operator
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en communiceert vlot met collega's en techniekers
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht bij technische uitdagingen
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands
  • Basiskennis Engels is een pluspunt
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een vaste nachtploeg
