Voor een hoogtechnologisch productiebedrijf in regio Lummen zoekt Manpower een Technisch Procesoperator / Operator 2 Ploegen. Je komt terecht in een innovatieve productieomgeving waar hoogwaardige technische onderdelen worden vervaardigd voor een internationale markt. Om de verdere groei te ondersteunen zoeken we gemotiveerde medewerkers met technisch inzicht die graag een belangrijke schakel vormen binnen een uniek productieproces.

Jobomschrijving

Hoe ziet je dag als technisch procesoperator eruit?

Je speelt een cruciale rol binnen het productieproces en staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het voorbereiden en verwerken van onderdelen voor productie;
  • Het aansluiten van elektrische en pneumatische componenten;
  • Het instellen en afregelen van machines volgens productspecifieke werkinstructies;
  • Het bedienen en opvolgen van een geautomatiseerd thermisch verwerkingsproces;
  • Het instellen en controleren van technische parameters zoals druk, temperatuur en verwerkingstijden;
  • Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens verschillende fasen van het proces;
  • Het registreren van productiegegevens en uitgevoerde controles;
  • Het signaleren van afwijkingen, storingen en verbeterpunten;
  • Het bijdragen aan een veilige, nette en efficiënte werkomgeving.

Na een grondige opleiding leer je alle machines, processen en producten volledig kennen zodat je zelfstandig aan de slag kan.

Wie ben jij als technisch procesoperator?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of beschikt over relevante technische werkervaring;
  • Je hebt interesse in machines, techniek en productieprocessen;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt procedures correct op;
  • Je hebt inzicht in technische parameters en procesinstellingen;
  • Kennis van druk-, temperatuur- of productiesystemen is een pluspunt maar geen vereiste;
  • Ervaring als operator, machinebediener, productiemedewerker of technieker is mooi meegenomen;
  • Ervaring met een heftruck en/of rolbrug is een troef;
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel;
  • Je bent fysiek in staat om regelmatig manuele handelingen uit te voeren.
