Manpower Office People is specialist in de rekrutering van bediendeprofielen. Wij gaan steeds voor de ‘perfecte match’ tussen werkgever en sollicitant! Voor onze klant, actief binnen de zorgsector en de distributie van hulpmiddelen, zijn wij op zoek naar een Transportplanner Zorglogistiek.

Onze klant ondersteunt dagelijks mensen met praktische hulpmiddelen die bijdragen aan comfort, mobiliteit en zelfstandigheid. Vanuit een mensgerichte aanpak zorgen zij ervoor dat klanten snel en correct geholpen worden. Achter deze dienstverlening staat een sterk team dat planning, logistiek en klantenservice naadloos op elkaar afstemt. Om deze werking verder te versterken, zoeken zij een nieuwe collega voor de planningsafdeling.

WAT GA JE DOEN ALS TRANSPORTPLANNER ZORGLOGISTIEK?

In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat leveringen, ophalingen en interventies efficiënt worden ingepland. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent verlopen de dagelijkse routes vlot en ontvangen klanten tijdig de nodige hulpmiddelen.

  • Je plant leveringen, ophalingen en interventies voor de chauffeurs.
  • Je optimaliseert de routes op basis van regio, capaciteit en afspraken.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met chauffeurs, klanten en collega's.
  • Je volgt wijzigingen in de planning op en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie.
  • Je verwerkt planningen, meldingen en klantgegevens nauwkeurig in de systemen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over efficiënte oplossingen binnen de dagelijkse werking.
