Wij kijken samen met ambitieuze starters en ervaren professionals uit naar een nieuwe stap of wending in hun carrière. Het is ons doel om zoveel mogelijk opties aan te bieden op maat van de kandidaat. Je start bij ons steeds met een contract onbepaalde duur vanaf dag één.Voor een internationaal actief productiebedrijf in de voeding, ben ik actief op zoek naar een technical planner voor hun maintenance dienst. Dit voor hun vestiging regio groot Gent. Aanwerving op basis van VAST CONTRACT.

Jobomschrijving

  • Dagelijkse Planning: Je plant en coördineert de curatieve, preventieve en projectmatige technische activiteiten van de onderhoudsafdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden snel, efficiënt, veilig en volgens hoge kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd.
  • Teamleiding: Je geeft functioneel leiding aan een team van ongeveer 9 techniekers voor geplande onderhoudswerken.
  • Jaarplanning: Samen met de Maintenance Manager en de productieafdeling stel je de jaarplanning voor preventief onderhoud op, rekening houdend met werkaanbod, personeelscapaciteit, externe contractors en het budget.
  • Werkvoorbereiding: Je vertaalt onderhoudsacties en technische projecten in concrete werkorders, samen met de werkvoorbereider. Je zorgt voor de benodigde materialen, gereedschappen, componenten en vergunningen.
  • Administratie en Documentatie: Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging, archiveert uitvoeringsdocumenten, stelt documentatie op en houdt deze up-to-date. Je volgt ook de facturatie op.
  • Contractormanagement: Je plant en volgt werken van maintenance contractors nauwgezet op, van bestelling tot afwerking. Je bereidt evaluaties voor en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Personeelsbeheer: Je beheert verlofaanvragen en de wachtdienstregeling van de techniekers en rapporteert aan de Maintenance Manager.
  • Technische Achtergrond: Je hebt een technische opleiding en bij voorkeur ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Teamspeler: Je bent de centrale schakel tussen productie, techniekers en externe partijen. Je werkt goed samen met anderen en weet mensen te motiveren.
  • Hands-on Mentaliteit: Je kunt verantwoordelijkheid nemen, prioriteiten stellen en het overzicht bewaren. Je bent actiegericht.
  • Veiligheid en Kwaliteit: Veilig en kwaliteitsvol werken is jouw hoogste prioriteit.
  • Softwarevaardigheden: Je hebt ervaring met maintenance software en Excel.
