Clifford Chance est un cabinet d’avocats d’affaires international, présent dans plus de vingt pays à travers le monde. Notre cabinet élabore des solutions sur mesure pour nos clients dans le cadre d'opérations complexes et innovantes, couvrant l’ensemble des domaines du droit des affaires.

L’équipe Tech Advisory de Paris réunit 14 avocats spécialisés en droit du numérique et en droit commercial. Elle accompagne ses clients dans leurs projets de transformation digitale, la structuration de partenariats technologiques et commerciaux, ainsi que dans la mise en conformité avec la réglementation Tech applicable au niveau européen et français.

Notre équipe conseille régulièrement des clients internationaux ou français, opérant dans des secteurs d’activité variés, sur des problématiques relatives à l’intelligence artificielle, aux contrats informatiques, à la protection et la monétisation des données, à la cybersécurité, aux plateformes numériques, et plus largement, sur toutes les questions liées au droit du numérique et au droit commercial.

Ce stage est pourvoir immédiatement (novembre 2026).

Description du poste

Nos stagiaires sont directement impliqués dans le traitement des dossiers et travaillent en étroite collaboration avec les membres de notre équipe Tech//Digital.

Au quotidien, nos stagiaires sont notamment amené(e)s à participer aux missions suivantes, sur toutes questions relatives au droit du numérique et au droit commercial : Recherches juridiques ; Structuration et rédaction de notes stratégiques et des projets de consultations ; Rédaction et négociation de contrats stratégiques / complexes ; Conception et mise en œuvre de plans de conformité ; Suivi de l'actualité juridique ; Conception et réalisation de présentations internes ou externes pour nos clients.

La diversité de nos clients et de nos secteurs d’activité vous permettra d’explorer de nombreux sujets, de développer une expertise recherchée dans des domaines en pleine évolution et d’acquérir rapidement des compétences organisationnelles solides.

Qualifications

  • Ecole de Formation du Barreau ou Master de droit complété éventuellement par une école de commerce ou une formation de type LLM à l'étranger (de préférence, diplôme(s) spécialisé(s) en droit du numérique et/ou droit commercial).
  • Vous avez un très bon niveau d'anglais (oral/écrit).
  • Expérience : stage(s) au sein de cabinets d'avocats d'affaires ou au sein des directions juridiques ou compliance de grands groupes français et internationaux
