Planejar, coordenar, executar e avaliar a assistência de enfermagem aos pacientes submetidos a exames endoscópicos diagnósticos e terapêuticos, assegurando a qualidade técnica, a segurança do paciente e o cumprimento das normas éticas e legais da profissão.

· Realizar o acolhimento humanizado do paciente e familiar, com escuta ativa e empatia.

· Confirmar identificação, preparo intestinal, jejum e consentimento informado antes do exame.

· Avaliar condições clínicas e psicológicas do paciente no pré-procedimento.

· Planejar, executar, coordenar e avaliar o processo de enfermagem, garantindo que as ações estejam fundamentadas em princípios científicos, protocolos institucionais e legislações vigentes.

· Inspecionar diariamente o setor, assegurando condições adequadas de funcionamento, organização e segurança assistencial.

· Verificar o funcionamento e a disponibilidade dos equipamentos críticos, como desfibrilador, aspirador, bombas de infusão e materiais de emergência, garantindo sua checagem e registro em formulário próprio.

· Supervisionar e orientar a equipe técnica de enfermagem, garantindo a correta execução das atividades delegadas e a adesão aos protocolos de segurança do paciente.

· Garantir o cumprimento das normas institucionais, RDCs da ANVISA e diretrizes do COFEN, assegurando práticas seguras e padronizadas.

· Monitorar sinais vitais e intercorrências clínicas durante e após o procedimento.

· Atuar na prevenção e manejo de eventos adversos, registrando e comunicando intercorrências clínicas e não conformidades.

· Supervisionar e realizar o atendimento aos paciente via WhatsApp, assegurando a rastreabilidade e o acompanhamento no pós procedimento cirúrgico.

· Participar ativamente dos comitês internos (Segurança do Paciente, Revisão de Prontuário, Controle de Infecção, entre outros), contribuindo com análises técnicas e ações de melhoria.

· Zelar pela segurança e conservação dos materiais e equipamentos, comunicando imediatamente falhas, perdas ou irregularidades.

· Colaborar com o Enfermeiro Supervisor na elaboração e revisão de protocolos assistenciais, fluxos operacionais e planos de contingência.

· Participar de capacitação, educação continuada e atualização científica, mantendo-se alinhado às boas práticas de enfermagem e às diretrizes institucionais.

· Promover ambiente de trabalho colaborativo, ético e seguro, incentivando a cultura de qualidade, empatia e responsabilidade compartilhada.

· Implementar cuidados de enfermagem no pré, trans e pós-exame.

· Avaliar e registrar a recuperação do paciente até sua alta da unidade.

· Aplicar o Protocolo de Segurança do Paciente (identificação, consentimento, cirurgia segura, prevenção de quedas e eventos adversos).

· Realizar ações de suporte básico de vida (BLS) e colaborar em emergências até a chegada do suporte avançado.

· Avaliar desempenho técnico e comportamental dos colaboradores.

· Promover a comunicação eficiente entre equipe médica, anestésica e técnica.

Processamento de Endoscópios e Acessórios

· Garantir o cumprimento integral da RDC 11/2021 nas etapas de limpeza, teste de vedação, desinfecção, enxágue, secagem, armazenamento e rastreabilidade dos endoscópios.

· Supervisionar a qualidade do processo de desinfecção de alto nível, conferindo concentrações, tempo de contato e condições dos produtos saneantes.

· Acompanhar testes de integridade e manutenção preventiva dos equipamentos.

· Avaliar e validar registros de rastreabilidade de todos os artigos processados.

Gestão Administrativa e Operacional

· Planejar e controlar o uso de materiais, medicamentos, soluções e equipamentos.

· Elaborar e revisar POP’s, checklists e protocolos institucionais.

· Supervisionar escalas, férias e coberturas da equipe de enfermagem.

· Gerenciar registros no sistema informatizado (ex: Tasy), garantindo rastreabilidade completa.

· Participar da elaboração do plano de contingência e manutenção preventiva dos equipamentos.

· Acompanhar calibração, validade e condições de armazenamento de materiais e saneantes.

· Apoiar a implantação e manutenção de acreditação (ONA).

Educação Permanente e Desenvolvimento Profissional

Participar e promover treinamentos internos sobre técnicas endoscópicas,· biossegurança, controle de infecção e atendimento humanizado.

· Atualizar-se continuamente sobre normas da ANVISA, COFEN e protocolos clínicos.

· Atuar como referência técnica da equipe para dúvidas assistenciais e operacionais.

Incentivar a cultura de segurança e o trabalho em equipe.
