Recepcionar pacientes e visitantes, prestando atendimento com cordialidade e eficiência, realizando o agendamento de consultas e exames, cadastro de informações e suporte às rotinas administrativas da recepção, garantindo um atendimento humanizado e organizado.

  • Recepcionar pacientes, acompanhantes e visitantes de forma cordial e acolhedora.
  • Realizar cadastro, atualização e conferência de dados dos pacientes no sistema.
  • Efetuar agendamentos, remarcações e cancelamentos de consultas e exames.
  • Confirmar agendas e orientar pacientes sobre horários, preparo para exames e documentação necessária.
  • Emitir fichas de atendimento, guias, recibos e demais documentos pertinentes.
  • Solicitar e conferir autorizações junto aos convênios, quando necessário.
  • Receber pagamentos de consultas e exames, emitindo comprovantes conforme os procedimentos da clínica.
  • Atender chamadas telefônicas, WhatsApp e demais canais de comunicação, prestando informações e direcionando demandas.
  • Organizar documentos e manter arquivos físicos e digitais atualizados.
  • Apoiar a equipe assistencial e administrativa nas demandas relacionadas ao atendimento.
  • Zelar pela organização, limpeza e bom funcionamento da recepção.
  • Cumprir as normas internas, políticas de atendimento, sigilo e proteção de dados dos pacientes.
