Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortlich für die Planung, Steuerung und Kontinuität des Pflegeprozesses unter Sicherung der internen Qualitätsstandards
  • Professionelle aktivierende Rehabilitationspflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten sowie Unterstützung der Angehörigen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Koordination im interdisziplinären Team
  • Übernahme von arbeitsorganisatorischen Aufgaben in der Rolle der Tagesverantwortung
  • Mithilfe bei der Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitenden

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene und in der Schweiz anerkannte Diplomausbildung in der Pflege auf Tertiärniveau (HF/Bsc/DN2/AKP)
  • Fähigkeitsausweis als Berufsbildner/-in (SVEB1) oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zu erwerben
  • Freude an der Arbeit im interdisziplinären Team, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität, Kreativität und Spass an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Standards und Konzepte
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch- sowie gute mündliche Englischkenntnisse
