Descrição das Atividades

  • Gestão de compras e fornecedores: Negociar preços, condições de pagamento e prazos de entrega, buscando as melhores condições comerciais para a empresa, conforme as necessidades da Rede São Camilo.
  • Acompanhamento de pagamentos: Atuar em conjunto com o setor Financeiro para acompanhar os pagamentos das compras, confirmar a quitação quando necessário e garantir a liberação dos pedidos junto aos fornecedores.
  • Indicadores de desempenho: Monitorar, analisar e apresentar indicadores da área de Compras, propondo soluções e melhorias para otimizar processos, custos e resultados.
  • Padronização de processos: Implantar, acompanhar e garantir o cumprimento dos protocolos, procedimentos e fluxos de compras estabelecidos pela Rede São Camilo.
  • Controle de estoque e inventário: Atuar em conjunto com o Gestor de Suprimentos e Patrimônio na realização do inventário semestral dos estoques de materiais e medicamentos de todas as unidades da Rede.
  • Apoio a eventos: Auxiliar na organização e execução de eventos internos e externos, contribuindo para o atendimento das demandas relacionadas a materiais, insumos e serviços.
  • Atendimento às unidades: Receber, analisar e acompanhar as solicitações de compras de materiais, insumos, equipamentos e serviços encaminhadas pelas unidades da Rede, por meio do sistema e de e-mail, garantindo o atendimento das demandas.
  • Gestão de cotações: Inserir e acompanhar as solicitações de compras na plataforma Bionexo, garantindo que os fornecedores tenham acesso às informações necessárias para a realização das cotações on-line.
  • Acompanhamento de pedidos: Monitorar o andamento dos pedidos junto aos fornecedores, acompanhando prazos de entrega e contribuindo para o abastecimento adequado das unidades.
