Com a missão de promover serviços de saúde de excelência, a Rede São Camilo está selecionando Técnico(a) de Enfermagem para integrar sua equipe com o perfil para atuar no Centro Cirúrgico, contribuindo para um cuidado humanizado, seguro e de qualidade.

🔹 Principais atividades:

  • Apoiar o(a) enfermeiro(a) no planejamento, organização, execução e continuidade da assistência perioperatória no Centro Cirúrgico, conforme protocolos institucionais e práticas seguras.
  • Prestar assistência de enfermagem segura, humanizada, individualizada e centrada no paciente nos períodos pré, trans e pós-operatório imediato.
  • Auxiliar na montagem, preparação e conferência da sala cirúrgica, assegurando disponibilidade, funcionalidade, rastreabilidade e organização de materiais, equipamentos, instrumentais e dispositivos necessários aos procedimentos cirúrgicos.
  • Atuar em circulação de sala cirúrgica e apoio à instrumentação, conforme necessidade operacional do setor e dimensionamento assistencial.
  • Apoiar o fluxo de processamento, conferência e encaminhamento de materiais para CME, seguindo rigorosamente normas de biossegurança, rastreabilidade e protocolos institucionais.
  • Auxiliar na aplicação dos protocolos de cirurgia segura, identificação do paciente, checklist cirúrgico, prevenção de eventos adversos e segurança anestésica.
  • Realizar registros de enfermagem em prontuário físico e/ou eletrônico de forma clara, precisa, legível e rastreável, garantindo veracidade das informações assistenciais.
  • Colaborar com a equipe multiprofissional para manutenção do fluxo cirúrgico seguro, comunicação efetiva e continuidade assistencial.
  • Atuar nas práticas de prevenção e controle de infecção relacionada à assistência à saúde (IRAS), cumprindo rigorosamente normas de assepsia, antissepsia, paramentação e segurança do paciente.
  • Zelar pela organização, conservação e funcionamento adequado do ambiente cirúrgico, materiais e equipamentos, contribuindo para qualidade, segurança e eficiência operacional do setor.
  • Participar de treinamentos, capacitações, implantação de fluxos, protocolos institucionais e ações de melhoria contínua da qualidade assistencial.

  • Curso Técnico em Enfermagem completo.
  • Registro ativo no COREN.
  • Disponibilidade para escala de plantões.
